Membership Renewal
Membership Renewal is NOW OPEN and will remain open through the end of July.
Please read all instructions and content of this Membership Application before completing this document. Most questions and mistakes are because members fail to read the instructions. If after reading the instructions you still have a question, please email the Club at membership@ncrgc.org and allow 1-2 business days for a response. Business days to not include weekends and holidays.
STEP #1 – PAY YOUR RENEWAL INVOICE
An invoice was emailed to the email addrees that we have on file for you from Stripe. The email also included a link to pay your invoice. If you did not receive an invoice, check your spam filter to make sure that the email was not blocked by your spam filter.
If you cannot find your invoice, contact memebrship@ncrgc.org.
STEP #2 - COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & WAIVER
Completing your Membership Agreement & Waiver consists of providing your membership information, electronically signing your membership documents and providing your billing information.
It is very important that you use the LAST NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS that you have on file with the Club. If you have an Associate member in your family, they will need to provide a unique email address during this process. Both Regular and Associate members must have their own unique email address.
The adult completing the membership application will be designated as the Regular member and the spouse (as defined by Colorado law) will be designated as the Associate member. If you are single, please leave the Associate member information blank.
As part of your application, you must:
- Review and initial your agreement to follow the NCRGC BYLAWS - including Household Membership Policy, Guest Policy and Rights, Privileges and Responsibilities.
- Review and initial your agreement to follow the NCRGC RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, AND ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AGREEMENT.
- Review and initial your agreement to follow the NCRGC RANGE SAFETY RULES.
- Provide a final MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION SIGNATURE and date at the end.
