Membership Renewal
Membership Renewal is NOW OPEN and will remain open during the month of July.
Please read all instructions and content. Most questions and mistakes are because members fail to read the instructions. If after reading the instructions you still have a question, please email the Club at membership@ncrgc.org and allow 1-2 business days for a response. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
STEP #1 – PAY YOUR RENEWAL INVOICE
An invoice was emailed to the email address that we have on file for you from Stripe. The email also included a link to pay your invoice. If you did not receive an invoice, check your spam filter to make sure that the email was not blocked by your spam filter.
If you cannot find your invoice, contact membership@ncrgc.org.
STEP #2 - COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & WAIVER
Completing your Membership Agreement & Waiver consists of providing your membership information, electronically signing your membership documents and providing your billing information.
It is very important that you use the LAST NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS that you have on file with the Club. If you have an Associate Member in your family, they will need to provide a unique email address during this process. Both Regular and Associate Members must have their own unique email address.
The adult completing the membership application will be designated as the Regular Member and the spouse (as defined by Colorado law) will be designated as the Associate Member. If you are single, please leave the Associate member information blank.
As part of your application, you must:
- Agree to the NCRGC Release, Waiver, Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Assumption of the Risk Agreement.
- Agree that you will follow the NCRGC Range Safety Rules.
- Agree that you will follow the NCRGC Bylaws.
- Agree that you will follow the NCRGC Guest Policy.

Associate Members:
All Associate Members are required to complete the NCRGC Membership Waiver and Agreement and pay the $25 Associate fee invoiced. Emails will be sent directly to the email address on file for the Associate Member with links to the invoice and the Agreement in early August.
Any new Associate Member or Associate Member that did not receive a badge last year will need to attend one of the three New Member Safety Orientations.
The dates for the New Member Safety Orientations are:
- Saturday, August 29th from 1pm to 3pm
- Saturday, September 5th from 1pm to 3pm
- Sunday, September 6th from 1pm to 3pm
