Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
SECURING A MEMBERSHIP
An annual membership at NCRGC is obtained through a NON-REFUNDABLE purchase of an open membership slot. And, you must be an adult, 18 years old or older, in order to join the Club.
The cost to join NCRGC as a new member is $300. This is comprised of the ‘Annual Membership Dues’ and the ‘Capital Improvement Fee’ (your share of the cost of improvements that have been made over the years). Both costs are reviewed and set annually by the Board. The Membership Dues must be paid each year in order to maintain your membership. However, the ‘Capital Improvement Fee’ only has to be paid when joining as a new member or when rejoining after a break in your membership.
For the 2025 / 2026 Membership year, the dues and fees for a new membership are:
- Annual Membership Dues: $150
- Capital Improvement Fee: $150
NCRGC uses AssociationSphere, a 3rd party membership management service to process onboarding of all Club Memberships. AssociationSphere is the exclusive software partner of the NRA and they are based in the United States. They do not sell or share member data with anyone, including the NRA.
Upon visiting the ‘NCRGC Household Membership Application 2025-2026 for New Members’ web page, you will be prompted to provide your basic membership information as well as your billing information. The adult purchasing the membership will be designated as the Regular Member and, if applicable, the spouse (as defined by Colorado law) will be designated as the Associate Member. If you are single, please leave the Associate Member information blank. When entering your billing information, please take the time to enter your credit card information correctly. This includes your credit card number, expiration date, three-digit security code, name, billing address, etc.
A confirmation screen and email message will be sent to the email you provide which confirms your purchase. Please check your credit card statement. The charge should show up as ‘NORTHERNCOLORADOROD…’, ‘NORTHERNCO*’, or ‘NCRGC.ORG’.
Upon successful purchase of an open membership slot, you will technically be a member. However, there are two additional conditions that MUST BE MET before a facility access badge will be issued to you.
CONDITION #1 – COMPLETE AND SIGN THE MEERSHIP APPLICATION
After you submit your payment, you will receive a pop-up window on your screen which contains a link to complete the full Club application and waiver document.
In part, this document requires you to:
- Review and initial your agreement to follow the NCRGC BYLAWS - including Household Membership Policy [Article III, Section 3A–3D], Guest Policy [Article III, Section 3E], and Rights, Privileges and Responsibilities [Article III, Section 4].
- Review and initial your agreement to follow the NCRGC RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, AND ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AGREEMENT (SOP page 20).
- Review and initial your agreement to follow the NCRGC RANGE SAFETY RULES.
- Provide a final MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION SIGNATURE and date at the end.
Before submitting your application and waiver, please double-check the information that is in each data field. Your device’s use of auto-fill, auto-correct, and/or AI assistants may unexpectedly alter your application and could result in a denial of your application.
CONDITION #2 – ATTEND A NEW MEMBER SAFETY ORIENTATION EVENT
New Regular Members and Associate Members (if applicable) MUST attend one of the three scheduled Safety Orientations in order to receive a membership badge.
Please… DO NOT APPLY if you cannot attend an orientation!
The dates for the Orientation events are:
- Saturday, August 30th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm *
- Saturday, September 6th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
- Sunday, September 7th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
You do not need to RSVP for a particular orientation. Just pick a date that works for you and come out. However, don’t be late and don’t plan to leave early. Attendance for an entire orientation is required in order to receive your membership badge. If you do not attend one of the orientations, you will not be issued a badge and your membership payment will not be refunded.
All New Member Safety Orientation events will be held at the Pistol Range. ‘Regular Member' badges will be issued immediately following the conclusion of each scheduled New Member Safety Orientation for all members who have met both conditions. You will be required to sign in and present a valid, government issued ID before your membership badge is issued to you. Some folding chairs will be available for use during the orientation, but it is recommended that you bring your own folding / camping chair if you have one.
If you added an Associate Member and they would like to have their own membership badge, they will also need to attend a Safety Orientation, sign in with a valid government issued ID, and provide contact information (phone number and email address). Upon completion of the three New Member Safety Orientations, an email will be sent with a link for the Associate Member to complete their own application & waiver document. Once this has been completed and approved, an Associate Member badge will be created and mailed to the household address of record.
* Be advised that the 2025 / 2026 Membership years starts on September 1st. Prospective members who attend the August 30th orientation will not be able to stay and use the facilities at the conclusion of the event unless they do so as a Guest of an existing member. However, all prospective members who attend the August 30th orientation and receive a badge WILL be able to access the facilities as a bona fide Member beginning on day #1 of the 2025 / 2026 Membership year. Prospective members who wait and attend the September 6th or September 7th orientations will not be able to access the facilities as a Member until after they have been issued a badge at the respective orientation’s end.
If you run into any issues with the enrollment process, or have any questions, please contact membership@ncrgc.org immediately.
