The Board has authorized the Treasurer to dispose of a Club owned shed (10' x 12'). The shed was purchased in 2016 and it was professionally installed on site. It is wired for electricity and includes a switch and a light. The Board has replaced the shed with a metal shipping container and no longer needs this asset. To ensure fairness and transparency, the sale will be handled through a blind auction. Members interested in purchasing the shed should email their bids to treasurer@ncrgc.org no later than 5 p.m. on October 15, 2025. 

The Treasurer will present the three highest bids to the Board at its October 16 meeting. The Board will not see any personally identifying information until after the highest bids have been accepted. The Treasurer will not be bidding on this asset. If the winning bidder is unable to complete the purchase, the Treasurer will be authorized to move to the next highest bid. The winning bidder must make arrangements with the Range Master to remove the shed from Club property no later than October 31, 2025. Please do not submit a bid if you cannot meet this deadline. Payment will be invoiced through Stripe and must be received before the shed can be removed.
