Spouse Badge

The Board of Directors encourages Spouses of Regular Members to apply for their own badge. Doing so will allow the Spouse to go to the range without the Regular Member, bring dependents that are part of the household membership, bring up to 2 guests per visit, etc. A Spouse is considered the Associate Member and is entitled to all rights, privileges, and responsibilities of the Regular Member with exception of the right to vote on matters concerning the club or to hold an elected office.

To be eligible for a Spouse Badge, the Regular Member must have included the Spouse on their application and must meet the definition of a Spouse as outlined under Colorado State Law.

The Spouse will have to certify eligibility on the application, previously attended a safety orientation verifiable by documentation, and must complete the Spouse Application during Spouse Badge Renewal from August 15th – 31st. The Application link will be posted below during that time. (First time Spouse Badge applicants will complete the application at a later date subsequent to safety orientation attendance.)

Safety orientations are only held in August and September of each year. An RSVP is not necessary to attend. There is no make-up date so check the calendar for dates/times and be sure to let us know at the safety orientation that you are there to obtain a Spouse Badge. Following attendance at a safety orientation, the Spouse must complete an application (in that order).

To maintain a Spouse Badge, the Spouse must complete the Spouse Application every subsequent year during Spouse Badge Renewal August 15th – 31st . If the Spouse fails to meet the deadline, the Spouse will have to start the process over by attending a safety orientation. Questions should be directed to the Member Services Coordinator at membership@ncrgc.org.

Thank you,
NCRGC Board of Directors

Please DO NOT complete this application if you are not a current Spouse Badge holder or have not attended a safety orientation.
