Thank you for your interest in renewing your NCRGC membership.

Dues & Fees

Membership Dues ($150). These are the annual household membership dues. Membership runs from September 1st through August 31st of the following year.

Capital Improvement Fee ($150). This fee is charged only to new members. The fee is your share of the cost of the improvements that have been made over the years.

Range Cleanup Fee ($125). This fee is charged during membership renewal to current members who DID NOT participate in at least one range cleanup during the previous membership year. To accommodate the membership renewal process, the July cleanup is the first cleanup of the membership year and the June cleanup is the final cleanup of the membership year and last time that members receive a range cleanup credit for the previous membership year that is applied towards membership renewal.

Lost Badge Fee ($25)

Instructor Program Fee ($150). Separate application process for current members only. Program runs from September 1st through August 31st of the following year (same as Membership).

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

There are THREE STEPS to NCRGC membership renewal. It is your responsibility to complete each step accurately or your membership may not get renewed.

What is your membership number? It is the 5-digit number located on the FRONT of your NCRGC badge; e.g. 18XXX. (The 4-digit number on the BACK of your badge is the gate code and it IS NOT your membership number!)

Your current Membership Number is required to complete both the payment page and the Renewal & Waiver form. 

If you are completing the form for a member, you will need their membership number. If you do not know your membership number and do not have your current 2023/2024 badge, contact membership@ncrgc.org.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Your NCRGC membership will only be renewed if all steps are completed in entirety and the proper renewal payment has been made.

STEP 1:

Review the following "Membership Renewal - Amount Due" file to identify the cost of your renewal. 

  • Membership Renewal: $150.
  • Membership Renewal plus the Range Cleanup fee (if you did not attend a Range Cleanup): $275.

Open the following link, find your Member number in the file (the 5-digit number from the FRONT of your current badge), and confirm the amount that you are required to pay to renew your NCRGC membership.

STEP 2:

Select the appropriate link and make your payment only after you have identified the total amount owed for your membership renewal and complete the form with all requested information. (You will need a credit card to pay for your renewal.)

Make Your Payment for Membership Renewal with the Missed Range Cleanup fee ($275)

STEP 3:

Complete the NCRGC Membership Renewal & Waiver form. Select the following link and complete and sign the form.

After completing the Renewal & Waiver form, if everything was done correctly, the correct payment has been made, and the form has been completed and signed, you will have completed the membership renewal process.

if you complete the Renewal & Waiver correctly, you will receive a confirmation email titled: "2024 Household Membership Application (for YOUR NAME) is signed and filed!"
