NCRGC is now part of the PRO Series (
Precision Rimfire Outlaws) which is a .22LR tactical long range shooting series in Montana, North
Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Colorado, and Wyoming. They currently have 14 affiliated clubs spread out across the States. Shooters compete locally throughout the regular season (July – May). Then in
June, shooters can represent their home club at the PRO Series Championship match and compete to see which Club gets to take home the traveling trophy.
The PRO Series matches for the rest of the season (March, April, and May) will run concurrently with the NRL22 matches (3rd Saturday of the Month). Starting in July 2023 with the new season,
monthly PRO Series matches will either run concurrently with NRL22 or on their own, especially in the summer months when the weather is better (more times to shoot). The round count is normally 50 –
100 rounds and the distances are normally 25 – 200 yards.

The PRO Series uses a skill-based ranking system (PRO, Master, Expert, Marksman, and Unranked). After your first three matches you will be given your class. You can “class up” but you cannot
“class down.” The Match Director (MD) does not publish the Course of Fire (COF) in advance. Becoming a PRO Series member is free or you can pay $40 and chose your membership number (if it is not
already taken) and receive a PRO Series hat and stickers. Be sure to select NCRGC as your home club.
