OPEN ENROLLMENT
Thank you for your interests in becoming a Member! If you have any questions, please email us at: membership@ncrgc.org.
You have requested one of the final Memberships available. Since we are trying to close Open Enrollment as quickly as possible, you have 48 hours to complete the two steps outlined below from when we first sent you the links for enrollment. After 48 hours, we will send the enrollment details to the next person on the list and you may lose the opportunity the enroll.

There are TWO STEPS to your enrollment, at this time. It is your responsibility to complete each step accurately.
You will also be required to attend Safety Orientation to receive your NCRGC Badge. The dates, times and locations of Safety Orientation are listed below.
STEP 1:
Make your payment. New members need to pay:
- The $150 annual membership fee, and
- A one-time $150 Capitol Improvement fee which is your share of the costs of the improvements that have been made over the years.
When finished, closing the page/tab that opens will return you to this page/tab.
STEP 2:
Complete and sign the 2024/2025 Household Membership Application. During this step, you will have the opportunity to add an Associate member and the names of any children in your household under the age of 18. If you do list an Associate member, the Associate member will receive an email that includes a link for them to complete their own waiver at a later date.
After completing the Application, you will receive a confirmation email titled: "2024 Household Membership Application for (YOUR NAME) is signed and filed!" If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam filter before contacting out to us.
Regular Members' badges will be issued at the Safety Orientations.
If you added an Associate Member, they will need to attend the Safety Orientation and sign in. Following the Safety Orientations, an email will be sent with a link for the Associate Member complete their waiver. Their badge will be mailed after their waiver has been completed.
If you run into any issues with the renewal process, please contact membership@ncrgc.org immediately.
We will be watching the Open Enrollment closely and will try to shut it down as soon as all open Memberships have been filled. If you happen to complete the membership process after all Memberships have been filled, you will receive notification and receive a full refund.
Safety Orientation
The dates, times and locations for 2024 Safety Orientation are:
- Saturday, August 31st, 1pm to 3pm at Fort Collins Senior Center, 1200 Raintree Drive, Fort Collins | Twinberry Room
- Saturday, September 7th, 1pm to 3pm at the NCRGC lower range.
- Sunday, September 8th, 1pm to 3pm at the NCRGC lower range.
