STEP #2 – COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND PAYMENT

The second step is to complete your membership application which consists of providing your membership information, electronically signing your membership documents and providing your billing information. You will use AssociationSphere to accomplish this step. The Board reviewed several software companies these past two years and selected AssociationSphere for a one-year test. AssociationSphere is the exclusive software partner of the NRA and they gave the Club a 50% discount off the annual cost of the software due to our NRA Club status. ConnectedView, LLC is the parent company of AssociationSphere and they are based in the United States. They do not sell or share our data with anyone, including the NRA. The software and database are housed in the Microsoft Cloud and protected by a firewall, encryption and other security best practices.

It is very important that you use the LAST NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS that you have on file with the Club so that we can associate your membership application and payment with your AssociationSphere record. 

Please select the correct amount that you owe otherwise your application will be disapproved and you will have to resubmit.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your application is approved (1 - 2 business days not including weekends and holidays). If your credit card was charged, your application was approved. Please check your credit card statement. We do not send approval notifications. We only contact you if your application is disapproved. 

The adult completing the membership application will be designated as the Regular member and the spouse (as defined by Colorado law) will be designated as the Associate member. If you are single, please leave the Associate member information blank.  

As part of your application, you must:

• Review and initial your agreement to follow the NCRGC BYLAWS - including Household Membership Policy, Guest Policy and Rights, Privileges and Responsibilities. 
• Review and initial your agreement to follow the NCRGC RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, AND ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AGREEMENT.
• Review and initial your agreement to follow the NCRGC RANGE SAFETY RULES. 
• Provide a final MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION SIGNATURE and date at the end.

Then, you must enter your billing information. Remember, your credit card will be charged as soon as your application is approved (1 - 2 business days not including weekends and holidays). If your credit card was charged, your application was approved. Please check your credit card statement. We do not send approval notifications. We only contact you if your application is disapproved.
